Welcome to MyMoneyUnderControl.

These Terms of Use govern access and use of the application ("Application"), developed by Geovane de Andrade Grangeiro ("Developer").

By using the application, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree entirely with these Terms.

1. Application Purpose

MyMoneyUnderControl is an application designed for personal finance management, allowing the recording of income, expenses, accounts, categories, financial goals, recurring transactions, and other information related to financial control.

The application is exclusively for informative and organizational purposes, and does not constitute financial, accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Account and Registration

Some functionalities may require authentication through a Google Account.

By using login, the user declares that:

• Has authorization to use the provided account;
• Will provide truthful information;
• Is responsible for the security of their Google Account;
• Is responsible for activities performed using their account.

3. Backup on Google Drive

The application offers manual and automatic backup features using the user's own Google Drive account.

The Developer:

• Does not have access to files stored on the user's Google Drive;
• Does not modify files without authorization;
• Uses only the necessary permissions for backup and restoration.

If the user deletes backup files, removes granted permissions, or loses access to their Google Account, it may not be possible to restore their data.

4. Data Storage

Registered financial information remains stored locally on the user's device.

When backup is enabled, a copy may be stored on the user's Google Drive account.

The Developer is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Accidental data deletion;
• Device failures;
• Google Drive failures;
• Google Account authentication issues;
• Restoration of old backups;
• Improper use of the application.

5. Premium Features

Some features may be available through subscription or one-time purchase via Google Play.

Prices, billing periods, and other conditions will be presented before purchase.

Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play, and its billing, cancellation, and refund policies apply.

6. Advertising

The free version of the application may display ads provided by Google AdMob.

The Developer does not control the specific content of ads displayed and is not responsible for products, services, or offers presented by third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to:

• Use the application for illegal activities;
• Attempt to modify, copy, or decompile the application;
• Exploit security vulnerabilities;
• Interfere with the application's operation;
• Use the application in a way that could cause harm to the Developer or third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by MyMoneyUnderControl, including but not limited to the name, logo, visual identity, interface, layout, source code, database, texts, images, icons, and all other elements of the application are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to the Developer, except where otherwise indicated.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, commercialization, or any other form of use without prior and express authorization from the Developer is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Although best development practices are followed, the Developer does not guarantee that the application will be free from defects, unavailability, or interruptions.

The user acknowledges that they use the application at their own risk.

The Developer will not be responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from application use;
• Decisions made based on information recorded by the user;
• Data loss caused by device failures, Google Drive, or third parties;
• Temporary service interruptions;
• Lost profits, indirect damages, or losses resulting from application use.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be modified at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.

Whenever there are significant changes, the update date on this page will be modified.

Continued use of the application after changes are published represents the user's agreement with the new version.

11. Termination of Use

The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the application if they identify fraudulent, abusive use, or use that violates these Terms of Use or applicable law.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially the Civil Code, Consumer Protection Code, Internet Civil Rights Framework, and General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), where applicable.

The jurisdiction is the Developer's domicile, except where applicable law provides for a different jurisdiction.
